COLLECTION OF COMMUNICATORS Information is being updated as well as the collection of debts from each apartment. Claiming old or late debts by tenants by applying the Property Law. Payment can be processed in the following ways:
- Deposit / transfer to the bank account of the block of flats or the Dream building.
- Receipt from your apartment.
- Payment by cash / check at our offices.
CLEARANCE OF ACCOUNTS FOR COMMON EXPENDITURE We undertake to pay all pending accounts per month (ΑΗΚ, CYTA, water, lift, etc.)
ADMINISTRATION OF GENERAL MEETINGS Once a year, you have a general meeting in order to function properly building, with the participation of a Dream building management consultant for advice as well as keeping the minutes from the meeting.
